We, hedue GmbH, Kabelstraße 119-121, 41069 Mönchengladbach, Germany, give for this product a Manufacturer warranty, besides the statutory warranty given by the seller. The buyers rights, which are according to the applicable national legislation, are not affected by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Period of warranty
The period of the warranty for this product is 24 months, and starts with the moment in which you purchase the product from the seller. Repairement or replacement unther warranty does not warrant renewal or extend the warranty period.
Exclusion of warranty
The warranty does not apply if other defects then material or workmanshp are found.
Excluded from the warranty is also the adjustment of the measurement accuracy, hedue offers this as a paid service for products that have been purchased longer than 12 months.
For permanently installed rechargeable batteries the warranty period is 12 months and for all other rechargeable batteries 6 months.
Warranty
On its sole discretion, hedue will repair the defective device or replace it with an equivalent or similar one. All replaced parts a part of the service become property of hedue. All parts replaced into the device become property of the customer.
Registration for repairments
The warranty claim can only be asserted by the end user. The registration is exclusively made via the website my.hedue.de. During the registration process you will need a digitized proof of purchase.
Our aim is to minimize downtime for our customers. After the registration of the repair, our technicians can ask for further information, possibly also pictures, to clarify the error description. Afterwards you get the release form for the return and a free parcel label for the transportation by a parcel service commissioned by hedue. In is to sole discretion, hedue may deny the return and provide directly immediate compensation.
Limited regional validity
The delivery of the packages to hedue and the return to the customer is limited to following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
In the case in which the customer does not have his residence in these countries, he can also use an adress to handle the shipment reliably.
Disclaimer clause
Under the warranty, hedue is not liable for financial loss, downtime, loan or rental equipment, travel expenses, lost profits or similar; the liability of hedue is limited to the purchase value of the product.
