With the turnbuckles, the angles can be stably connected to each other. At each angle you can adjust the step height and step width. You do not need a paper template or an angle board. Place the adjusted marking gauge on the raw stringer. You will see the shape of the raw cheek and the cheek curve. By moving the angles on the raw stringer, you can achieve the best possible utilization of the stringer wood with regard to knots and cracks.

The angles have a millimeter scale on both sides. Locks and angles are made of high quality stainless steel.
