If your hedue product ever needs to be repaired, our in-house workshop is at your service even outside of the warranty period. The inspection and repair of your hedue product is carried out by our experienced and qualified technicians – so you can use your hedue device again within a few days!
Our Repair Service – Your Benefits
- Free in Warranty Cases: If your device shows a defect within the warranty period, we will of course repair it free of charge.
- Transparent Prices: Outside of the warranty, you can have your hedue devices repaired and calibrated at fair flat rates. Know the price immediately without hidden costs.
- Qualified Specialists: Repairs are carried out by our experienced and trained technicians. During the repair, a chat is available for direct communication.
- Guaranteed Repair: Our technicians can fix almost any damage. If the device cannot be repaired, we will replace it at no extra cost – whether it is a warranty case or a flat-rate repair.
- Original Spare Parts: We use only original spare parts to ensure you receive the usual hedue quality.
- Fast Processing: Thanks to our comprehensive RMA system, your device is usually ready for use again after a few working days.
- Calibration Certificate: During calibration and adjustment, you will receive a new inspection certificate for your hedue rotary laser and line laser.
This is how it works:
- Login/Registration: Log in at my.hedue.de or create a new account.
- Request Repair and Calibration Service: Fill out the service questionnaire. This process takes less than 5 minutes.
- RMA Portal: After registering your order, you will receive access to the RMA portal via email, where you can print your free return label. Warranty repairs require our approval. The return label is available to you by the next working day at the latest.
- Send and Relax: Now, you just need to drop the package off at DHL and wait until your device is ready for use again within a few working days!
